McDonald's Prichard street treat customers with respect

a bad experience today when I bought 2 ice creams for my daughter's on the designated ordering and paying points. 1 their system was not talking to my online app of which I lost out on the orders and points on my app. 2 I sat down and had to wait for ice cream order when it came my daughter's went to collect but to my surprise the ice cream 🍦 was watering which and out of shape No serviattes where given and when I questioned the guy serving them he just said sorry. He was not wearing uniform just a black tshirt and no name tag for me to have a point of reference. Extremely disappointed if the iron was not ready to be served why not say so instead just do anything without any care or explanation. Very very disappointed 😞. I once worked for McDonald's therefore I'm fully aware of the service that must be rendered to customers of which this is not the one I was
