McDonald's Pretoria North SUCKS!!!!!

I went to a McDonald's in Pretoria North, on that day apparently there was no water which we read from a small note they put up. We were advised that as there is no water and we had to choice between a juice box or energy drink because there were no cold drinks. When I placed my order, I was charged extra for the drink I chose which I only realized after I payed. I asked why I was not told that I had to pay extra for the drink because I had no other choice but to choose between those two drinks, the lady at the till could not explain and advised that we should maybe call the manager as she would be more helpful. The manager was called, after a while waiting on her to come she came there with an attitude, I asked her the question as to why should I pay extra for this drink because I had no other choice. With a whole lot of attitude she told that I had to pay extra because its not her problem that PTA North did not have water and I shouldn't make it her problem and if she went around giving those drinks for free as part of the meal, that her store would loose money and she cant have that happen because its not McDonald's that doesn't have water its the whole area. I honestly didn't have a problem paying extra my problem is the attitude I received and the manner I was spoken to. The manager didn't even have her name tag on right so I am not even sure of her name. The name that was given to me, also with attitude is PATRICIA.
