McDonalds Pretoria north

MC D Pretoria north bad service, I ordered around 18:40 I haven’t got my food yet, when I call they take time to answer and when they do, they couldn’t help me and dropped the phone… tried calling again until after a while then the lady said my food has been out long time ago , but ddnt receive any food, and said I must call the driver … when I do the driver said He dropped the food😭😭😭😭😭😭and haven’t got them… can’t access the chat online ….
