Despite the clear option for delivery being available on both platforms, I was unable to successfully place an order. After multiple attempts, I called my nearest McDonald's location for assistance, only to be informed by an employee that McDonald's does not offer delivery directly and only works through third-party businesses.

This statement contradicts the functionality advertised on your app and website, which explicitly provide a delivery option without any indication that it is exclusively handled by third parties. If this is the case, it should be clearly communicated to customers to avoid confusion and wasted time. I find it misleading that the tools designed for customer convenience failed to work as expected, and the information provided by your staff only added to my frustration.
