McDonald's Potchefstroom - worst service ever!

Good day McDonald's South African / Potchefstroom McDonald's Potchefstroom, your website clearly states that you are open 24 hours from Monday to Sunday. Yet when my son went to buy a meal at the drive thru last night on the 7th of March 2018, with 5 cars still behind him, the window was closed in his face. Please explain, because when I phoned the Potchefstroom branch the "Manager" claimed that it is only on Fridays and Saturdays and when I asked for her name, as I wanted to report this to head office, she said her name was "McDonald's Potchefstroom" (what a coincidence to have the same name as the company you work for) and then put the phone down. Shame on you, lost a lot of business as there were more customers waiting to be served, but why should you care, you get your salary anyway, service or not!
