McDonald's Potchefstroom poor management

In my life I have never seen such *** service at a fast food restaurant. McDonald's Potchefstroom you don't understand the meaning of fast food! We waited over 50min for our food, when we ask to speak to the manager he or she ignored us and hidden so we can't speak to them. To ads on every thing you had no toilet paper on the female side and the male side was almost every thing out of order and had to stand in a long queue just to use one bathroom.

The employees was extremely mean and rude we were about 20 people waiting for our food and then I'm not even talking about the drive thru people.

Very poor management!
