McDonald's POOR SERVICE!

Horrible service from McDonald's Rock & Roll Sandton as well as the Customer Careline. Called at 8:57 AM placed a delivery order with Kgomotso "Careline", told it would take 45min, however by 10:47AM the order had still not arrived. Called the Careline again and spoke to the same guy "Kgomotso" and he told me that the order was not even placed that long and besides it's month end I need understand! The nerve to tell me that I hadn't even waited for that long!! Bad service!!!!
