Mcdonald's Poor Service

I placed an order with McDonald's for a meal on 29 September 2019 at 21h00 and I had to call in at 21h40 to find out what's the status on my order. I was told the rider was on his way to me but he never arrived. It's 22h30 and the driver only comes now. Such Pathetic Service. I always used Mr. Delivery and never had a delivery complaint so I thought I would try McDonald's. It's very upsetting and Frustrating.
