McDonald's Poor Deliverance

The service was great but what I got was a great disappointment. When you see the pics they advertise, you see the sauces going down the burgers like you'll fall inlove with it...but when you buy it you get a different thing, a dry burger, just bun, tomato, Patty, and a cheese. When you ask for a sauce they say "it comes like that", "they come like that, just a single shot". Is like eating bread with sausage. Can they atleast give what they promised ?

McDonald's in Midrand, Grand Central. Am so disappointed!!!
