McDonald's poor customer service

I went to have a meal and nice iced coffee, was told to order using the touch screen machines..... I added a few extras for my iced coffee, 30 min later when the meal was served it came with what seemed to look like milk and ice, no extra hazelnut no extra cream, which I was charged for on then requested a refund for the extras that they don't serve but charge, I was told "it's only R8" they'll give me ice cream like I'm some little child, this was all done by the manager, so who then to protect or serve the customer, my drink was replaced with an even worse iced coffee which I had to discard both coffees and forfite having a drink with my meal entirely, the new management at McDonald's Norkem Park is Sony trash and they don't care
