McDonalds' Poor Attention To Detail

<p>I do not usually complain about bad service but it is kind of hard not when the same fast food franchise makes similar mistakes.</p> <p> </p> <p>My first bad experience was with the McDonald's on Oxford Road whereby I ordered and paid for for a breakfast meal and ordered a hot chocolate with my meal. The person I was with also ordered a breakfast meal but she ordered coffee instead. When receiving the meal I had asked which one of the cups had the hot chocolate and the person at the counter pointed it out to me. After having driven off I came to find that both cups contained coffee. I am not a coffee drinker at all so this was quite a major inconvience.</p> <p> </p> <p>My second encounter was at the McDonald's on William Nicol whereby I has ordered 10 nuggets with my meal. I orderded a second sauce with my nuggets aside from the one comes with the meal. I recieved everything and proceeded home. When I got home I found that I did not receive any of the sauces that I had requested for my meal. I even paid for the second sauce which I did not receive.</p>
