McDonald's Polokwane(Savannah)

I was disgusted at the service that I received from a certain Isaac (shift manager) at the Savanna outlet. I got to the drive thru at around 19:15 and was told that I would not be assisted as the store was closed. I told him that I was at the store yesterday and I did ask about closing times and was told that I should make sure I get to the store before 20:00pm. I was quite taken aback by Isaac's lack of customer-centricity. He blatantly told me to vacate the drive thru lane, as he was not prepared to even consider that I had driven all the way based on the information that I had previously acquired at the very same store by one of the team members. All he said was "E no boela morago ka gore re ka se go thushe" loosely translated as," Just go back where you came from because we are not going to assist you". He went as far as to suggest that I could even take the matter further. His attitude left me lost for words, let alone appetite for anything that McDonald's had to offer. Isaac went back into the store to enjoy his meal while I stood outside in disbelief.
