Mcdonalds Polokwane Savanah Pathetic

I'm actually just appalled at this McDonald's service, it's not the first time me experiencing PATHETIC service from them but u think there will be a change. But NO.... I'm actually Genuinely concerned for the owners because if u have those ppl in ur business as the faces and front line then you are in trouble.... After waiting almost an hour for my order the lady (Mary) who was assisting had the biggest attitude as we went to question how far our order was she looked at us as thou were stupid and didn't give any answers.... When my food arrived I could see it was mine and so I requested her to please give me my order and she ignored and walked away as a pregnant woman I Obviously chose to come here because I physically cannot afford to be hungry another member of the obvious sulking team came to assist and that was even worse attitude unfortunately he wasn't wearing a name badge.. But when I pointed out that they left out something from my order and that if they are going to take the whole day to get 2 meals ready they can at least get the order right he went fetched the saucd and threw it om my tray.... I can assure you now that with just the 2 mcdonalds in polokwane even the team in CBD in flat right beyond the team in Savanah the service is SHOCKING and u might not lose ur customers because of the convenience of the drive through and the kids section but something needs to change the staff and i Mean ALL of them that I came across are an utter disgrace for the mcdonalds brand.
