Mcdonalds Polokwane Delivery Poor services

So i placed an order from mcdonalds delivery services, got my food almost two hours later, not only cold but incomplete and another hour later i still did not receive my burger that was not delivered with my order. My tomato on one burger was soggy, my milkshake was just foam and all our food was cold. This is not the first time and everytime i complain to customer service i did not get a reply or assistance to any complaint so i ask u what is the use of a customer service then ???
