McDONALDS PLUMSTEAD:****************!

If I could award 0 stars I would. On Saturday 20/6, I purchased food for the grand total of R139,90 through the McD app. I’m still waiting for it to arrive! On that same evening, I emailed them; I emailed again on two different occasions and also called the customer care line. No response to the emails and the person who took my query said that I’d be contacted. NOTHING! One does not even receive a copy of the email nor a ref number of the call. PATHETIC SERVICE! R139,90 in these tough economic times is not only THEFT but it’s unforgivable.
