MCDONALDS PLUMSTEAD BROUGHT ME TO TEARS

<p>So im working a late shift and decided to order Mcdonalds for supper i order at 17h10 to ensure that the order will get her atleast before 18h00. After i place the order they advise it should arrive in 45min at 18h15 i call the mcdonalds delivery service to find out how far my order is as it placed it about an hr ago they refer to to the branch Plumstead Mcdonalds, who should be doing the delivery theythen insist that it is only 18h06 at this point it is now already 18h20 after i eventually had to educate them on the time they then have the nerve to advise that the food should arive in the next 30min after telling them that the time frame is unaceptable and my jouney with them, particullary this branch as it not the first time this has happend, instead of appolagising they offer to have my order cancelled. At this point i am now beyond upset and in tears, Im fasting and was supposed to have eaten an hr ago they didnt even have the common decency to apolagise. Ofcause I didnt cancel i was hungry had a headache and despratelly needed to get something to eat. I find that their service in particullar is appauling and I would like to get the appolagy i know i deserve. I only revieved my food at 18h50 how do you do that and not even offer a simple apology. This is definitelly the last time im oredering here :(</p>
