McDonalds please serve FAST FOOD

Why does McDonalds Gugulethu feel like a restaurant and not a fast food outlet....Sitting here waiting for an order for more than 30 minutes and you cannot get your profiles whilst you wait!!!!Why????? They have the most horrible service with waitrons that don't even know how to speak to people, they are doing is a favor??????? Ohhhh do they ever have ice cream.....NEVER!!!! And you must not say anything
