McDonald's plattekloof rd

Everytime I go to McDonalds in plattekloof rd near welgelegen it's just a bad experience.I sit in the drive through for what feels like 20min .today I sat there 10 min and when I was finally helped they had me pay for someone's order and did not even ring mine up. I have been patient for months but I'm not going there again and will not advise anyone else to go.
