McDonald's Pinetown South Africa has rude and unprofessional staff

McDonald's in Pinetown South Africa is full of lazy staff. I called to place an order for delivery at 9:30 and I was told the delivery service is closed and when I asked the lady what time it closes she said 10:00 or 10:30, I mean when I called it was only 9:30 so what the heck! I wish McDonald's could invest in employing staff members that are professional and love their job not jack asses who will be mean to customers just for their amu*****t :(.
