MCDONALD'S Pinetown

I sent a email on the 2nd with regards to the unique codes I get for playing there game and still no reply seems they don't care about the customers ***1 this was my code I got for a box office movie and when I got the email they say it for a flight ticket please explain what is going on as it seems that you pass a challenge and it gives u something else. Also when I go to pinetown Mc Donalds to redeem things they very rude and make sure you lose your meal vouchers as they don't assist u when u ask for help.

Please let me know why I did not get my box office voucher but instead u gave me a flight voucher. I would like a response by 5pm today or I will be going to social media as I have never got a reply when I have emailed you before. This is unacceptable.
