McDonald's Pinelands - Horrible and getting worse

A very unpleasant experience at the hands of McDonald's Pinelands. The quality of the food is overall questionable, the service of the "crew members" negligible and you can not call the store to complain to solve the problem. I ordered a share meal for R197 and ended up paying extra because the colddrinks that i thought was part of the meal was extra. I ordered 2 toys for my kids, paid for it and they neglected to give them. Unfortunately I only discovered when I got home, which at that point was too late to do anything about due to the schedule of meetings I have. I tried calling but no one answered from 5pm to 5:30pm. I am forced to go all the way back to get the toys, which will probably cost me the same amount in costs just going back there. McDonald's is a ******* overall and a total waste of money. I will be sure to spread the word. The convenient reality is that you cannot call them or email them to complain. Clearly in need of urgent regulation!!
