McDonalds Pietermaritzburg in Chief Albert Luthuli Street, make sure to check your bill. They add on extras that you don’t ask for. They added a whole R80 extra onto my bill. If I did not check my bill I would have been none the wiser. Manager Thobekile Zuma didn’t even attempt to appease the situation. She could have handled it better from a management point of view. Most pathetic service ever.
