McDonald's Pietermaritzburg central

So I have been attending McDonald's Pietermaritzburg central since I was a little boy and recently I decided to go out on a date with my girlfriend and we asked for frappe out of stock got told the ice machine is broken . Really when 3 days before we bought and also got told no milkshakes but yet we ordered two Oreo ice creams . Every time it's hot we don't bother going to McDonald's because it's obvious they won't have ice. Crwam they tell us it's too hot and their ice machine is broken on average we eat out 4 days and out of 5days we find they don't have either why it's very frustrating McDonald's have just lost a very very loyal customer
