McDonald's Phoenix Plaza

Went to McDonald's Phoenix plaza on monday to get my baby a chicken nuggets happy meal..placed order and collected it rather quickly..I asked the lady server to confirm my order and she did..when I got home unopened the box to find out that I was given a chicken burger happy meal..which my 3yrs old doesn't eat...she ended up eating the chips and dumping the burger...absolutely unacceptable..
