McDonald's PE - terrible service

I went to McDonald's drive-through this morning, ordered a Big Mac with spicy sauce ( which i was charged for separately). When I got back to my office and opened the burger there was no spicy sauce!!

Upon phoning the manager all she could say is sorry, not offering a coupon or any reimbur*****t.

To top it all off, the chips were quite clearly old!!
