McDonald’s pathetic service

I went to McDonald Okavango crossing to buy me Mega Mc****in meal and when I try to swipe my card their machine was not working instead of giving me the other machine the let me drive to Checkers , I told the lady called Leticia who was working at a pay point I’m going to withdraw the money at Checkers. It didn’t even take me 5min to come back with the money and they gave my food to other clients. She went to call her manager who told me that the breakfast time is close , she told me I must order something else . I was so disappointed ,so I end up ordering quarter pounder that was dry as if it was made yesterday with the wrong cold drinks diet coke that I didn’t order really they don’t have listening skills no wonder the customers always complain it’s because of their *********** staff .Their service is really bad and food is taste like yesterday food no more buying food at that McDonald’s.
