McDonald's pathetic service

Hi. We were at McDonald's in Boksburg, East Rand in Johannesburg on Saturday night 03/03/2018 around 10pm for some ice cream. We were 15 people including kids. We sat down and one of us went to order the ice cream for us all, we decided on the chocolate sauce coated ice cream cones. The cashier tells us that there's no chocolate, only caramel so we said it's ok we'll take it. Then she proceeds to say the caramel sauce isn't hard so again we said it's ok. Then she says we don't think we can make 15 cones at once, so we told her ok make in batches of 5. Anyway, we got our ice cream EVENTUALLY and as we are eating 2 of our small kids (2 year old's) found that there were those cardboard box holders around the cone found INSIDE the ice cream. Now what if they had swallowed it as it had softened in the ice cream??? This is utter pathetic service from a popular franchise. Not impressed by them trying to turn us away from ordering our ice cream and then finding this dangerous paper in the ice cream. I have contacted them and yet they still have done nothing to compensate us.
