McDonalds Parow meal that I paid for was not delivered

I placed an order on uber eats for Mcdonalds Parow on the 30th of June 2021. Transaction was processed on my bank account. Order did not arrive. I did not get any notification of any sort nor did I receive a reversal on my account. Bahati did not deliver. This is not on. We use these platforms because they promise security.I'm so disappointed because the checks and balances to make sure that the order has reaches the intended paying receipient seem to be missing a link.
