McDonald's Parow Centre

On Fridat after work, I visited the restaurant with a colleague and ordered a Nazo meal, which, to my understanding is a Chilli cheese burger. However, when the meal arrived, it was missing the jalapeños I expected and instead had a single pickle. I was disappointed to say the least but I was too tired to address the issue.

The day after. I returned to the same location, thinking they couldn't possibly mess up my order again. Unfortunately, I was wrong. First, when I sat down, the tables were filthy. I asked for someone to clean it, but instead, I was handed a cloth. That was just the beginning. When my order finally arrived, it wasn't what I had requested. I had originally wanted a McFeast Spicy meal, but i was told they were out of stock, so I opted for the Nazo Triple Beef meal instead. To my surprise, I received a chicken meal. When I queried the mistake, the staff insisted that it's how a nazo meal comes, which was completely untrue. I've been ordering Nazo meals since they were introduced and it was the first time i had encountered such an issue. In fact, I've never had to explain to the cashier at any other McDonald's that my Nazo meal must be spicy and should be beef.

The service at this McDonald's was nothing short of despicable. I've never had such a frustrating experience and will not be returning.
