McDonald's Parktown ...

McDonald's Parktown has the worst drive-thru service, it is now the third time I went to buy and had to wait on drive-thru for more than 10 if not 15 minutes, the other day they asked me to go and wait in the parking lot for my order they said some one was gonna bring it to me with no valid reason why was I made to go and wait for my order at the parking lot🤔, I had to wait for more than 15 to 30 minutes at parking lot waiting for my order, after a while a tired staff member appeared with the order and said thank you....today I was not even busy but I had to wait, a tired staff member just gave me my drink and did even say 'we are finishing up your order will be ready shortly' the staff members at that Mcdonald are old not motivated....please refer to my attached receipt and view your cameras...
