McDonald's Parkrand

McDonald's Parkrand I am so disappointed, my order was incorrect a medium drink was added that I did not order, then politely told the lady about the situation and asked if I can have my a refund of R20.00. She said no as it was a card payment I said sure then. I asked if I can then get an apple pie which is exactly the same price she then said no but I can have an Ice cream which does not make any sense.

I did not want that I asked for the manager and I walked in the store, I was not greeted in any matter I had to greet her long story short I told the manager about the mix up but while explaining the situation there was no resolution I then said can I then get a medium fries she said no it's R25.00 then I said fine give me a small fries then which is R15.00. I had to take something I did not want because no one could come resolve the problem. I lost my money was treated like nothing.

I will definitely not be supporting McDonald's again. I don't thats Ray Krock standards.
