McDonald's Parklands - Pathetic Service

Ordered a Quater Pounder with cheese only but received an odd-looking large thin dried out patty with a small roll on either side. The patty extended far beyond the roll. Now I dont work there but I know what a Quater Pounder should look like and this was not it. I returned it and the staff didnt seem phased at all but said they would bring me a new one. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked where the new Quater Pounder is, only to be told that it will take longer now as they doing breakfast meals. I thought I'd cut my losses and ask for a refund which they gave without any apology. I can only deduce that the staff are an incompetant lot. Wont be back.
