Mcdonalds Palms is the WORST Mcdonalds

Mcdonald's Palms is the worst Macdonalds I've ever been to..... Every time I go there,the milkshake machine isn't working and when I ask when it will be working they roll their eyes and ignore me..... I then started using Uber Eats and the drivers are amazing as usual but Macdonalds forget to give them the full order..... I know these Uber eats guys are busy so I don't like when they have to drive back to pick up just nuggets....so I have to drive to fetch the nuggets (wasting the drivers time and wasting my time and money)... . but if mcdonald's can't even get an order right when I'm there myself how dare they blame the driver anyway ......

Every week I have the same problem but it's because they can only use the nearest mcdonalds to your location

The poor drivers have to listen to all the screaming over the phone when I KNOW for a fact it isn't their fault.....

McDonald's palms.... Get your SH*T together.....your service is Pathetic EVERY TIME.... I haven't had one good experience with you.....
