McDonalds Owes me!

McDonald’s Stellenbosch (Merriman Ave) 🗓️ Visit: 1 AM, 20 July

Absolutely terrible experience. We went to this branch around 1 AM on the 20th of July. Despite the store being busy, we waited for over 1 hour and 30 minutes and never received our food — a total order of around R600 (we have the receipts to prove it).

The store was in complete chaos:

Staff were nowhere to be seen

The store was a mess

Other customers were visibly frustrated and angry

Things were so out of control that some customers even went into the kitchen to try and get their food themselves

It was an unbelievable situation, and to this day we still haven’t received our order. No refund, no apology, no communication.

I want a full refund — this level of service is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the McDonald’s brand. Avoid this branch at all costs, especially during late hours.
