McDonald's Ottery Sucks

Terrible service, 2 weeks in a row no ice cream, no signs up so we have to waste petrol standing in the drive through cause you can't get out any other way. The staff is so rude and food cold. What the hell, I complained about this and when we come back here it's just the same service
