McDonald's ottery stay away

Saturday 24 August 2019 I arrived at McDonalds 21.20 The drive through was very full and I decided to go in rather. At 22.18 i was told my nuggets still had to be made almost a hour later with my 4 year old son amd dad waiting in the car. Order number 173. I demanded a refund because I work in general retail and this incompetence is forbidden. When asked to speak to a manager she rather says God will bless you. For what for taking a refund or making me wait that long.

Following morning we call back and the 2nd manager is as arrogant as the first.

If you don't have customer service DONT SERVE CUSTOMERS MCDONALDS OTTERY NEEDS A STAFF UPGRADE.
