McDonald's ottery pathetic

I had the mos horrible experience at McDonald's hyper ottery in cape town..... I waited 25min for my food. When I received it the chips was cold and I ordered extra spicy hot sauce on the side and that was such a little I could hardly see the sauce. I am utterly disgusted by this service.
