MCDONALD'S OTTERY MANAGERS BAD MANNERS.

My experience with McDonald's ottery is totally Horrible and it won't be the first time,

The weekend pass my daughter wanted McDonald's and I stopped at the closest one (wich is ottery) as they had a play section aswel, now Mcdonald ottery has the worst customer service ever, so basically there food they make taste as bad as the managers behaviors, in order to run a business you do not have attitude the way those managers did and it's seriously utterly pathetic,

Anyway, I've orderd and with that my one order was incorrectly as I orderd something by accident of wich I didn't want but rather something else and I asked the cashier to change order, she called the 1 manager and she gave attitude speaking in there language (Xhosa) I'm assuming also to say she needs to get the other manager and she got the second one and oh wow bad attitude aswel, even by the sound she made with her mouth and I asked her what's with the attitude all I wanted was to change the order and if that's the attitude I will be taking u further, it's totally unacceptable the first time they gave me cold ass food.. I will never go back there, I would rather drive all the way to wynberg branch..

McDonald's Ottery is very dissaponting and pathetic manners that's of managers and I'm sure they don't treat there staff right aswel. If they have such bad attitude why are they working there? It's seriously bad for the business.
