McDonald's Ottery

Very bad indeed, empty inside so I opt for going straight to the tills, but oh what a bad idea it was. It's my husbands birthday today and I'm thinking of surprising him with the new Tex McFlurry ( never got to taste it).

I place my order and while walking back to wait on my order, I am informed that there is no Ice cream in the shop. First I get told at the door that I can only get the Tex McFlurry via the online app so after standing in the shop for 15 minutes, I place my order and then another 5 minutes later I get told no ice-cream. To top it all off I have to wait another 15 minutes for my refund because then I get told nobody else ordered for the day so they can't refund me. (oh my hat)

Walked away very angry and extremely disappointed. Thanks McDonald's for messing up my very lovely afternoon.
