McDonald's Ottery

I placed an order on the mcdelivery app at 11:55 which I was told the delivery would be made between 12:30 & 12:45 I've called the branch 24 times with no answer, it just rings or says line is busy. Kids at home waiting over 3 hours and just gave up on waiting. Absolutely no feedback whatsoever. Pathetic service.
