On Jan 1st, 2020 at 19:27 I placed an order for 2 Big McMeals for my two kids. The order was confirmed and took my very last money and it confirmed that the order will be delivered at 20:30. Which was an hour and 3min to wait for the food. The order then updated for 20:45! Shook and having two kids crying from hunger, McD's call centre was closed as i tried to call them. The lady at the store calls me at 20:43 to tell me that they can't find drivers and my order is being delayed because of that. She wanted to compensate me with a dumb McFlurry...wait a McFlurry for compensation, my son is lactose intolerant and this was an insult. How was going to explain to a 5 and a 7 year old that their food won't come till whenever McD finds a driver.

To this day I haven't received my money back to my account. I had to call yesterday to find out when will I get my money back from McD, guess what...10 business days. No one had the decency to call me and apologize. I'm out of pocket with my money.
