McDonald's on ontdekkers in Florida bad service

I have never had a good experience at McDonald's on ontdekkers road. The 1st experience we waited an hour just for ice-creams and we even had to go there on the counter and ask foroursels as there screen was not working and no orders were bieng called.

Yesterday I ordered 2 mc feast deluxes , 1 without chesse. What I got was 2 burgers with cheese and 1 added with a spicy source that we did not order. I only discovered this when i got home about 15 minutes after I got my order.

I am no longer going to go to that McDonald's.
