Mcdonalds Okovango

So apparently the mcdonalds app gives you the wrong pin it you try to claim you're points on the app, or thats what Mcdonalds Okovango wants you to believe because their staff is to useless to enter a pin...seriously whats the point of the app then! Then you call the manager named Perchodeer, that genius tell you that the pin has expired "no **** it expired it has a count down as soon as you redeem it" Cant believe people like this works with customers..
