Mcdonalds Okavango TERRIBLE service!

Mcdonalds Okavango Crossing!!! Yoh! Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! I have placed an order with mcdelivery. I received a whatsapp to say that my order will be delivered with uber eats.. a while after that, i received another message to say that my delivery has been cancelled and i should contact the store for further assistance..

After phoning 3 times a lady answered and said she will check whats going on with my order and i must hold while she checks. But ended up dropping the call.

I phoned back 15 times. And NO ANSWER!!!!!! It is now more than an hour and NO DELIVERY!!!!! NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!! NO REFUND!!!!!

Disappointed to say the least! Mcdonalds okavango not even worthy of 1 star!
