McDonald's Okavango - Extremely bad service!!

I went to McDonald's on Friday 21 February 2025, and what a disaster. First issue, the self-help service machine did not work, you get an error "declined" when making a payment. You would then need to order again and choose to pay at the counter. When I got to the counter to pay, my son and I had been waiting for a long period of time. The staff pass with no acknowledgement while you waiting on them, the kitchen staff looks at you with no effort of reaching out to their colleagues to assist us. When one of the staff members eventually came forward, there was still no real feel that she is going to assist. I asked if I can please be assisted, and she rep**** "I am only one person". Wow!!! No eye contact from her, no impression that she wants to assist us. The whole experience was an absolute disaster. Not enough people to assist, with stinking attitude from kitchen staff, cashier and the manager. I'm beyond disappointed.
