McDonald's Okavango Crossing, Kraaifontein

*EDIT: So I've been receiving random automated messages that my complaint is being reviewed or getting addressed and then this morning (16/01/2025) I receive a SMS saying my case INC-18FB2-3***C1 has been resolved? What? No person made contact with me about this disgusting incident, so how was it resolved????

Original complaint: 08/01/2025 @ 15:55 security men hired by McDonald's Okavango chased me away like a dog in the mall's parking lot because McDonald's were preparing to do a film shoot in half of Okavango Crossing's total parking space. No proper signage were deployed to warn patrons of Okavango Retail Crossing of this film or advert shoot going to take place, so as I parked, private security insisted I park elsewhere because "they've paid" for that space to be used. Shame on McDonald's for poor planning and harrassment by security staff
