McDonald's "Offline" rendezvous

Hi guys,

McDonald's at Lyttleton in Centurion saturday/sunday night shift staff were extremely rude to us. They had the temerity to tell us that their systems was offline and you could clearly see that they were sleeping.

I asked to speak to the manager and was told to leave and that I would not see the manager. I informed the gentleman at the window that I would lay a complaint and he rep**** by telling me that he doesn't care and doesn't think that I have the "*****" to do that. I asked him for his name and he refused to tell me.

Now, I have been a loyal customer to this franchise for the better part of 20 years and I was treated like this. This is utterly disgusting. I am not going to be a client of this establishment anymore.

In future, teach your staffers basic communication s****s, which should be mandatory. Because this is not acceptable.
