Mcdonalds observatory worst service ever!!!!

So I bought 3 big Mac meals at mcdeez in observatory and when I got home all 3 burgers had I only 1 pattie on and clearly it can't be a mistake if all 3 are incorrect and already when you come at the drive threw window the cashier wants to tell you "can you hold on" while trying to pay, got home called the store asked to speak to the manager when speaking to the manager he didn't evens apologize or anything rather what to know what I did with the burgers this unacceptable its not like its being given for free!!!!
