McDonalds Observatory absolutely pathetic

Ordered using the Me Delivery app at 20:02, I received an email at 20:04 acknowledging the order. At 21:00 the order has not yet arrived. Calling the call center the restaurant which is less than 5km from my house says they don't have a delivery bike and my order will be a little late. This is after one hour already. I want to cancel my order and they say I cannot so am forced to go and fetch it myself.... I drive there and collect my own order. Upon arrival there is a string of over ten delivery bikes. Nontandu the manager wants to give me a McFlurry for the inconvenience. What a pathetic store and service. By far the biggest joke to the fast food industry. Shut this branch down. I wasn't the only customer complaining tonight.
