Mcdonalds not willing to refund me!!

Ordered online , went to Florida north to collet my order, told order doea not appear on their end. Sent the receipt, order no screen shot of the transaction till today no refund. They are busy insisting on a bank statement, told them i cannot pull a statement from a virtual card but i am willing to go to the shop login into my account and show them the transaction as the bank statement will only show main account transactions and only funds loaded and withdrawn from the virtual card. They closed my case without refunding me.
